Introducing the NEW Perfect Fit Program! After several years of serving the Lake Norman area, I realized something needed to change about the way we do personal training. My most successful clients were those that received Personal Training in a consultative style. My most successful clients were willing to work on nutrition, accountability, and goal setting along with their exercise programs. So, I developed a new program to use with each client. It is a more balanced approach, taking some of the focus from the workouts, and putting more focus onto the other areas of daily life that affect our fitness and fat-loss goals. With this approach, you don't have to worry about returning to work sweaty from a workout, as most of the exercise is done outside of our sessions. You can keep using your favorite gym, boot camps, classes, or groups. Your customized workout program will incorporate the things that you love, so that exercise is motivating! And, if you aren't exercising now, I'll get you started safely, with a beginner-friendly program.
